Maison Champy Chablis 2021

The 2021 Maison Champy Chablis is an exceptional white wine sourced from three distinct lieu-dits in the villages of Fleys, Beine, and Maligny, each contributing unique terroir characteristics. With an average vine age of 35 years across these parcels, the wine reflects the depth and complexity that comes with mature vines.

Fermented using a pied de cuve exclusively in tank, both primary and malolactic fermentations take place, enhancing texture and complexity. Following fermentation, the wine is left in tank for 11 months on fine lees, allowing for additional development of flavor and texture before bottling.
