Jauma Ralph's Dry Grown Shiraz 2021

James has been working with this organic, dry-grown site for ten years now. The own-rooted bush vines are thirty years old and sit on shallow grey sandy soils over ironstone. The site faces east and sits at an altitude of 280 metres.

The handpicked fruit was all destemmed and spent one month on skins before the free run juice was sent to locally made amphora.
