Late ripening Syrah from Clarendon delivers generosity and soft, silky texture. Grenache from aged bush-vines is more medium bodied and contributes asiatic spice and aromatic fragrance. Wine style objective: Capture McLaren Vale’s generosity of flavour with a light touch ensuring the retention of spice, fragrance and aromatics. Scents of little blue flowers (lavendar and violets). Blueberry and blackcurrant fruit profile. Long, soft, silky texture.
