Tua Rita Rosso dei Notri 2020

From the Upper Maremma's Colline Metallifere zone comes Rosso dei Notri, a distinguished IGT Toscana Rosso born in 2000. This blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Syrah thrives in soils marked by clay and scattered pebbles, with variations in composition across different elevations. The vineyards, managed under integrated pest management, boast densities ranging from 6,000 to 9,000 vines per hectare, trained using cordon spur and Guyot methods. Harvested manually in 15-kg cases, the grapes undergo maturation solely in steel. This wine distinguishes itself with a robust structure and opulent fruit character, a testament to the region's climate and meticulous vineyard practices.
