Paolo Cali exclusively grow native Sicilian varieties like Frappato, Nero d'Avola, and Grillo. Each vine is meticulously tended by hand to ensure perfect health and balance, crucial for producing exceptional wine. Produced by the famed Emiliano Falsini, these wines are cultivated with the utmost care, with indigenous yeast and minimal filtration to maintain the wine's integrity and connection to terroir.
