Longview LV Shiraz Cabernet Sauvignon 2019

A classic. full-bodied, Aussie shiraz-cabernet blend. Delighting the palate with juicy plum and blueberry notes, before giving way to aniseed, dark chocolate and glossy tannins, this wine has structure in spades! Yields were down in the Adelaide Hills for the 2019 vintage due to cold and wet weather during flowering. However, excellent weather throughout the ripening period and a cooler than average summer meant more concentration of flavour and wonderfully delicious wines! Longview wines is owned and operated by the Saturno family, making wines with both modern Australian flair and in homage to their northern-Italian heritage.
