Henschke Mt Edelstone Shiraz 2019

Sourced from century-old vines in the historic Keyneton, Mount Edelstone vineyard, this wine embodies the essence of the Eden Valley terroir. Despite the challenges of the 2019 vintage, characterised by its warm and dry conditions, the resulting wine boasts exceptional quality and concentration. With its rich flavours of dark fruits, hints of spice, and velvety texture, this Shiraz is a testament to the legacy of Henschke's winemaking expertise. 

The name translates from German to mean 'gemstone' and this Shiraz is exactly that. Cyril Henschke produced it's first vintage in 1952 and since that year, it has only become more incredible. Certified Biodynamic.
