Canalicchio di Sopra Rosso di Montalcino 2019

100% Sangiovese from the three siblings heading Canalicchio di Sopra; Francesco, Simonetta and Marco. The 2019 Rosso is made from parcels of the Canalicchio and Montosoli sites, on the northern side of Montalcino. Aged in Slovenian oak, this wine is young, fruity and versatile. The fruit is pure and pronounced, sour cherry and baking spice perfectly balance with woodsy herbs.
