Jim Barry The Benbournie Cabernet Sauvignon 2010

Benbournie, in South Australia's Clare Valley, is 70 acres of a historical Roman Catholic settlement. It is here that Jim Barry planted his first vineyard to Cabernet Sauvignon. The spiced palate flows forth with a wave of wet stone and a hint of forest floor. Supple tannins give way to rich berry compote and a dark chocolate finish.
