Even Keel Tumbarumba Chardonnay 2022

From the incredible Polperro winery team, this Courabyra Vineyard Chardonnay was handpicked and whole bunch pressed using a gentle Champagne press cycle, then matured in old French oak barrel with minimal sulphur added. The wine is allowed to ferment using wild yeast and after 10 months, the wine is racked and transferred to tank. Unfined and unfiltered.

The aroma is lifted and perfumed with flinty minerals, white stone fruit, Meyer lemon, white florals and nectar. The palate is refreshing with white peaches and citrus, good mid palate texture and a long driving energetic finish.
