Cabernet Franc sourced from select premium vineyards in the Bethany and Vine Vale regions in the Barossa Valley. Handpicked at optimum ripeness and soaked on skins for 12 to 24 hours, capturing a bouquet of grenadine and raspberry aromas with aromatic rosehip and subtle cinnamon spice. Crisp, dry and refreshing on the palate. With wild strawberries, redcurrants and rose petal florals, balanced by juicy acidity and finishing with a hint of vanilla.
