Mostly Nebbiolo with a splash of Pinot Nero that brings an lifted perfume and a gorgeous line of acid. The wine has fragrant aromas of raspberry fruit, sharp currant and florals, whilst also serving a serious savouriness with hints of Anise spice. Dry and absolutely mouth-watering.
