Foradori Fuoripista Pinot Grigio 2022
Fuoripista is the result of a collaboration between Foradori and Marco Devigili, a biodynamic winemaker from Campo Rotaliano, and aims to express the true essence of Pinot Grigio, which is so often seen throughout Trentino. With over 8 months on the skins inside Tinajas (Spanish amphora) in acacia casks, allowing the delicate character of Pinot Grigio to shine.

The colour gives up right away that we are dealing with more maturity. The nose is decadent and at times a bit tired, but somehow keeps you smelling. Like a 63 year old Republican with a funny sign at some random rally in Kentucky. Maceration is more evident in the palate while the tannins grab your cheeks from the inside and bully you, like that weekend in Tijuana 30 years ago, that the man can’t let go.
