Stonier Pinot Noir Mornington 2025

Stonier is one of the names woven into the modern story of Mornington Peninsula Pinot Noir. Fruit from across the region is fermented in small parcels and matured in French oak, allowing the different vineyard voices to settle into a fragrant, finely shaped whole.

Cherry, raspberry and cranberry give it a bright red-fruited centre. Rose petal adds lift, while forest floor and savoury spice bring a little seriousness underneath. The tannins are fine and supple, making this polished without losing the cool, breezy character of the Peninsula
