Orbis Trouseau 2025

Trousseau is an unexpected visitor to McLaren Vale, which is precisely part of the appeal. Orbis grows it on an organically and regeneratively farmed estate, then keeps the cellar work gentle enough for the grape’s perfume, pale colour and pithy texture to remain intact.

Cherry, cranberry and crunchy red berries are joined by orange peel, flowers and black pepper. Fine, soft tannins make it light on its feet, while a savoury undertow prevents it becoming merely fruity. Distinctive, bright and a little mischievous.
