Kalleske TKX2 Sparkling Shiraz

A family tradition over 150 years in the making, TKX2 Sparkling Shiraz is the Kalleske family's inaugural release of this iconic Australian wine style, and we couldn’t be more excited! The name TKX2 is a nod to Tony and Troy Kalleske – the heart and soul behind the family business – a blend of past and future in one bottle. Made from the 2021 vintage, this Sparkling Shiraz was crafted using the traditional method (Méthode Traditionnelle) and has undergone a lengthy maturation process before disgorging in 2024. In the glass, it’s a deep, vibrant ruby red, with aromas of dark cherries, plums, and a touch of spice. The bubbles are fine and persistent, carrying rich berry flavours with hints of chocolate and subtle oak. Smooth, structured, and with a satisfying finish, it’s a wine that makes a statement.
