Latta Benevolent Cabernet Franc 2022

100% Cabernet Franc sourced from two vineyards across Victoria; Redbank and Harcourt. Bunches were completely destemmed and fermented in concrete casks, unfined and unfiltered. The wine is juicy bright and fresh, with highly aromatic notes of fennel, red fruits, blueberries and white pepper.
