The Fumey Chatelain brand is a family affair, they are one of the last true Jura producers in the region. Completely organic practices and incredible winemaking talent that highlight the true beauty of Jura terroir. Sourced from a little village north of Arbois, with a population of only 200 people. The 2017 Savignin spent years under flor, and thus has an incredibly unique profile. Mineral, refreshing and intriguing as hell.
