Yangarra Grenache Rose

100% Grenache from the loamy soils of the Yangarra, Blewitt Springs vineyard. Hand picked early to capture a crisp pink lady apple crunchiness and a vibrant acidity. Pressed gently in whole bunches (as if making a white wine) with a small portion of Saignée (drained off juices) for added depth. The result is an elegant and dry rosé with notes of rosehip and strawberry.
