Three Elms Timbertop Cabernet Franc 2023

In their words -  Crafted by winemaker Laura and carefully grown by husband Tim at our home - Lush vines, plump olives, green pastures, aqua dams, loam soils and tin sheds all encased by the tall, barky, aromatic eucalyptus trees. This is what we see in Timbertops!

Expressive nose of ripe blackberry, cassis, and dark cherry with nuances of bell pepper and dried herbs. A medium to full-bodied wine displaying concentrated flavors of black fruits, a touch of earthy minerality, and well-integrated oak. The palate is structured by firm, velvety tannins, guiding the fruit-forward notes to a pleasant, persistent finish.
