A blend of Chenin Blanc from three distinct parcels — Grand Vau, Rogeries, and Clos des Gabouchons — rooted in schist and volcanic rhyolite soils, this cuvée is as much about geology as it is about grapes.
Aged for 14 months in both oak and stainless steel, it’s precise and expressive with lifted aromatics, a juicy, finely textured palate, and remarkable length.
Subtle on the nose at first, then gently unfolding into layers of citrus, white florals, and mineral depth.
Low-sulphite, biodynamic, and absolutely singing — a wine of finesse, clarity and quiet confidence.
