100% Shiraz from the Sunraysia region of the Murray Darling. Picked from vines planted in calcareous earth and fermented in temperature controlled stainless steel. Classic aromas of strawberry and cream, a subtle whiff of apple and dark red florals. The palate bursts on the tongue, delicious red berry fruits, rhubarb and a zesty acidity with a bone dry finish.
