Arianna Occhipinti's Il Frappato is an extraordinary wine that beautifully showcases the unique characteristics of the Frappato grape, grown in the heart of Sicily. Made from grapes farmed organically and biodynamically, Arianna’s approach to winemaking is one of minimal intervention, allowing the purity of the land and the fruit to shine through. The wine is macerated for a full 30 days on its skins and aged for 14 months in large Slavonian oak barrels.
