Morra Gabriele Langhe Chardonnay

A fresh and lively Chardonnay from Gabriele Morra, produced following biodynamic principles. The wine undergoes spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts and is macerated for two days before being aged in cement tanks for eight months. With no filtration or fining, it retains its natural texture and vibrancy. On the nose, expect aromas of white flowers, thyme, and citrus, particularly lime and lemon zest. The palate is fresh, dense, and savoury, with a long, mineral-driven finish.
