In their words - A classic Clare Valley Cabernet. The bouquet is an arrangement of customary cabernet varietal characteristics, with hints of blackcurrant, tobacco and a touch of violet perfume brought to life in harmony with a subtle overlay of Clare Valley mint. The mature cabernet fruit flavours are lifted at the front palate and are sustained through the fine bodied, long palate that leads to a silky smooth, dry tannin finish. As this Cabernet Sauvignon enters its best drinking years, this wine’s track record confirms its long life ahead.
