Now this is Grenache with a skip in its step. Think juicy red cherries crashing a blackberry party, all dressed up with a cheeky twist of spice. It’s light on its feet thanks to a short maceration and a bit of whole bunch wildness — even threw in some extra stems for good measure (because why not?). Fermented in Inox to keep things crisp and clean, this is translucent Grenache doing its best impression of a summer breeze with a serious fruit kick.

Importer thoughts - 100% Grenache Noir from Port-Vendres. Partial whole bunch fermentation and undergoes a short maceration, which gives it a lighter quality while retaining a mouthful of black fruits like cherry and blackcurrant.
