This cuvée blends 50% Pinot Noir from Le Breuil and 50% Pinot Meunier from the Côteaux Sud d’Epernay, offering a tantalising dance of fruit intensity and mineral freshness. Made from a 2020 base with a touch of 2019, this Champagne showcases natural fermentation in barrel and foudre, followed by full malolactic conversion. The result?
