Jansz Tasmania Vintage Rose 2019

This is 100% pinot noir; 38 months on lees, 5g/L RS. Light salmon with a superfine bead and mousse. Notes of redcurrant, red apple, citrus and strawberry along with hints of crushed stone, sea spray, ozone, rose petals, red berry pastries and rosehip tea. Tight saline acidity drives things along nicely, red berry cream notes coming through on the palate, finishing dry and focused.  92 Points Halliday Wine Companion
