100% organic Nerello Mascalese with only a few hours on skins before fermentation and maturation in stainless steel tanks for 6 months and in bottle for 3 months. The aroma is complex with floral notes ranging from fresh rose to wild strawberry fruit. The palate adds a sharp note of currant and a delicate white pepper spice, deliciously savoury with a velvety finish.
