Gentle Folk Chardonnay is a refined expression of the Adelaide Hills terroir, blending aspects and clones from Charleston, Piccadilly, and Lenswood vineyards. With vine ages ranging from 22 to 38 years and elevations of 400-500m, this wine achieves a delicate balance of acidity and ripe fruit. Vinified with precision, it undergoes 100% whole cluster pressing and settles in tank overnight before aging for nine months in a mix of French and Austrian oak, 15% new.
