The Nebbiolo grapes of the Conca vineyard were planted in 1954, red poppy flowers grow wild between the vines in spring. A Barolo with substantial character, aged in 40% new French barriques for 24 months. Wines from this terroir boast notes of ripe fruit and persistent tannin.
