Emmalene Kooli Lightly spritzed dry white wine

Kooli is an Australian take on the light spritzed wines poured across northern Spain and Portugal, such as Vinho Verde and Txakoli (cha-Kooli). Chardonnay, Gewürztraminer and Sauvignon Blanc are slowly fermented in stainless steel to keep everything bright and pure.
A gentle spritz is captured from primary fermentation. Not heavy on the fizz, just a lively little tickle. Pear, green apple and citrus lead the charge.
Fresh herbs, nettle and delicate florals keep things interesting.
The palate is light, properly dry and zippy, with crisp acidity and a clean mineral finish.
Cheerful, breezy and dangerously easy to drink. Traditionally served ice cold in a wine or tumbler glass, a high pour gently softens the spritz and opens up the aromatics.
