An intensely perfumed nose of orange blossom, honeysuckle and elderflower. The palate is layered with Nashi pear, apple and a lovely citrus zing of acidity, that keeps everything fresh and vibrant. Fermented on lees to add texture and round out the palate, a hint of stone fruit characters adds complexity, what more could you want in a Fiano!
