Bele Casel Col Fondo Prosecco

A truly expressive Prosecco, this delightful sparkling wine is made from a harmonious blend of Glera, Bianchetta Trevigiana, and Perera grapes. It hails from the steep hills of Monfumo, where the marl-rich soil imparts a unique minerality to the wine. Hand-harvested and gently pressed, the grapes undergo a temperature-controlled fermentation followed by an extended aging process in stainless steel for 8 months. This results in a delicate yet complex wine with a fine, persistent effervescence.

As you pour, expect aromas of fresh white spring flowers, pear, and a subtle whiff of wet stone. On the palate, the wine is dry and savoury, with vibrant flavours of lime, yellow apple, and a slight vegetal note. The finish is clean, refreshing, and finishes with a lovely saline touch. With minimal intervention and no added sulphites, it’s a beautifully pure expression of the Monfumo terroir.
