2023 Frederick Stevenson Riesling

Riesling sourced from the Hughes family vineyards in Whitehut, just to the north of Clare. This wine is made to be wild, complete with oxidative handling, fermentation on full solids and a completely hands off approach that makes for a smooth, textural take on a classic!  Lime citrus and a hint of spice.
