100% Viognier, blended from two vineyards; the first is the original house block, planted in 1994. The second vineyard is a younger planting of unknown clones, picked early to maintain natural structure and acidity. The 2022 vintage was left on its skins for two hours before pressing, fermented in barrel while undergoing malolactic fermentation and aged in bottle for 11 months.

The one Viognier to rule them all, the 2022 vintage reigns supreme. Sleek and sexy with a hint of barrel spice that wraps around a dried apricot core. With aromas of white flowers and ginger for added complexity.
