2021 Dal Zotto Pinot Bianco

Not quite Pinot Gris, but still just as lively and textural. Full of almond and a hint of spice on the nose, the palate shows apple, stone fruit and mineral undertones. Five months in large format old oak has created a complex and beguiling style that is ready to delight now or anytime over the next 4 to 5 years.
