Madre Mezcal Espadin
Made from agaves sourced from multiple villages across Oaxaca, each chosen for its unique and distinct site-driven profile. Madre is blended to allow Espadin’s full spectrum of flavour to shine through. The heart of the blend comes from the palenque of Carlos Blas, based in Matatlán, whose family started making Mezcal in the 1930s. Carlos works with several growers in the region, and his artisanal distillery honours the traditional methods practiced in the area for centuries.
