Te Mata Estate has been producing wine for 126 years; 2021 Coleraine may go down as one of this producer's all-time greats. A cabernet blend with powerful structure and perfumed elegance, intertwined with exceptional fruit character and subtle minerality rivalling the best of Bordeaux. Yields were lower in Hawke's Bay for the 2021 vintage, but the quality on display is through the roof.
