2023 Gentle Folk Pinot Noir

A blend of Pinot Noir from four Forest Hills Vineyards; Piccadilly, Urailda, Scary Gully and Monomeith. A bright and ethereal wine with aromas of green peppercorn and warming spice. Open and expressive without being pretentious, good structure and a good chunk of tannin that makes for a wine perfect for drinking now, or cellaring for years to come.

20% whole cluster fermentation with a small amount of short maceration 100% whole bunch barrels. After blending, eight months in 10% French oak barriques and puncheons. This is a Pinot Noir for the Australian palate.
