2023 Gentle Folk Gamay

Gamay from the Woodside Vineyard, 100% whole cluster fermentation and a touch of carbonic maceration before racking into French oak and amphorae for 6 months before a final rest in stainless steel.

The palate is dark and full with black fruits, cherry skin and earth. This wine is everything you want a Gamay to be, bunchy and JUICY notes of sip, sun cooked fruit with complex slate and a lick of stem to finish.
