2022 Sailor Seeks Horse Dijon Clone Pinot Noir

100% Pinot Noir, a blend of Dijon Clones 777, 115 and 114. Fermented on wild yeast and pressed to 24% new oak for maturation. Subtle aromas of strawberries, cream and sandalwood. There is an undeniable weight to the palate, but still a lightness of touch. Spiced and densely coomplex on the palate, more significant than the "Estate".
