2022 Paralian Springs Hill Vineyard Shiraz

Single vineyard Shiraz from the Blewitt Springs, from vines planted in 1998 that are sustainably certified. Hand picked and wild fermented with 20% whole bunch in 134 year old, wax lined concrete open fermenters. Matured in 20% new French oak for 10 months.

The palate has a strong core of black fruit and peppercorn spice. Aromas of ripe blueberries, dry earth and a hint of tobacco. Incredibly complex and a delight to drink.
