91% Shiraz, 7% Petit Verdot and 2% Viognier from ten different blocks on the Kalleske organic farm. From the Barossa staple town of Moppa, this Shiraz is purely uplifting with aromas of florals, spice, blackberry and plum. The palate is full and rich, it makes the mouth water with red and black fruit leading a fine structure and subtle oak.
