2022 Dilworth and Allain Doug's Vineyard Pinot Noir
Doug's Vineyard is more well known from Joshua Cooper's work, but Dilworth & Allain have kept up the standard. The 2022 Pinot Noir smells of rose petals, cherries, raspberries, forest floor and brown spices. Medium bodied, the palate is similar to the aromas with freshness and fruit flavours initially which is then balanced with fine tannins. One of the hallmarks of this wine is the length of flavour, this is a great representation of what Macedon can offer.
