A mix of ripe dark red cherry and baked raspberry fruit scents layered between dried herb and wood smoke, mineralised stony soil suggestions and baking spices of barrel. Taut, new, salivating, fresh and tannin textured as the wine touches the palate. Flavours of plums, cherry and dark berries, an abundance of fine long-chain tannins, a lengthy acid touch town and plush harmonious finish.
