100% Pinot Noir. hand picked and fermented with 12% whole bunch before 10 months of maturation in 30% new French oak. The aromas strikes initially with blue fruit, cola and rhubarb, followed by dried rose petals, peppercorn spice and fresh blueberry pie. The palate is refined with fresh dark cherry fruits, imbued with herbal jasmine and gingerbread.
