100% Shiraz from the original By Farr vineyard, planted in 1994.  Hand-picked with 20% whole bunch fermentation and 18 months in French oak.

The 2021 vintage is rich and deep, full of black fruit and spice. Notes of summer pudding, berries and fresh cream followed by a savoury black olive tapenade and pink peppercorn finish.
