100% Pinot Noir from the Sangreal vineyard, planted in 1994. Consistently produced with 60-70% whole bunch and aged in new oak. Unfined and unfiltered in order to retain its natural flavour and bouquet. Sangreal is the most seamless and perfumed of the three single-vineyard pinots.

This vintage is immediately engaging, notes of aromatic spice make a statement with ripe fruit and exotic spice. Soft on the palate, without compromising structure or acid line. This is a benchmark example of Australian Pinot Noir.
