2020 Shaw + Smith Balhannah Shiraz

100% single vineyard Shiraz from one of three Shaw + Smith plantings. Aged for 14 months in 20% new oak puncheons and a further 14 months in bottle. The nose is complex and heady with notes of fennel, spiced plum and dried sage. The fruit profile is bursting with freshness and whole bunch precision. Extremely well balanced, good enough to cellar for up to 20 years.
